Well, what do we have here? Three hot guys, that was a good sight. Of course, Riruka-sama wasn’t going to voice her thoughs. Crossing her arms and looking at them, she said, “Well thanks I guess”
“Oi Riruka..how’re you…I thought you had left.”
“Well, I’m here now aren’t I?”
“I’m fine. What about you, Ichigo? It’s been a while”
“Whaddaya mean ‘what’s my problem’? You’re the one who showed up outta nowhere!” Hiyori scoffed, her expression darkening. Besides, Hiyori even greeted people she knew in a similar manner! The blonde rolled her eyes at the other girl, her nose wrinkling slightly. “Th’fuck’re you, anyway?”
“Oh excuse me, I didn’t know there were certain places where I couldn’t show up” the fullbringer answered with sarcasm in her voice, crossing her arms. What a non cute attitude, Riruka thought, looking at Hiyori with a frown on her face. If people said that the pinkette was rude, what would they think about this blondie? “My name’s Riruka. And who are you?”

He was left speechless and a little bit embarrassed as the awkward moment for him was still present. Her stomach growling made him chuckle ever so slightly. He had to admit that it was cute. He stammered seeing her go in front of her it made him smile. Not to be embarrassed or anything but just smile. “Yes of course.” He started to walk along with her pretty fast pace. He was slightly amazed by it but it was still her. She was always sort of a tomboy sometimes that it would catch his eye but at that point he didn’t care about it at all. He never took a care into noticing her at all when they were together at the Xcution hideout. He would sometimes glance at her and that would be it.
They were about half way when he decided to say something. The ever so present awkward situation was still there and he didn’t say anything but yes or no to her. So he decided that it would be best if he were to say something. “I am glad that we caught on each other. It’s nice to see an old friend.” He smiled at her wanting to say something else but decided not to since it wasn’t that kind of moment. “Well this looks promising.” He glanced up only to see a base of some kind of statue. “Let us hurry up a bit.” He nodded.
To say that Riruka was completely flustered was an understatement. The sequence of awkward situations and embarrassing moments had made her nervous, not to mention that Yukio’s comment about the hill being a romantic place had made her imagination go wild. She could see the moment in her mind: they would be reaching the top of the stairs and she would trip and fall on Yukio, ending up in them being at a dangerously close distance from each other, and then they would… I-idiot! What are you thinking? This isn’t a shoujo manga, and besides you don’t like this brat! She decided to stop thinking about that kind of thing, after all, both fullbringers were nothing more than friends.
“Yeah, I guess so” she said responding to the blonde’s statement. Truth was, she was kind of glad to find at least one of the members of Xcution, though in the past she had been kind of resented towards Ginjou’s gang for the way they had used Ichigo. Frowning, she sighed and directed her gaze ahead. “Are we there yet?”

“H-Hey! You disappear and you expect to just casually say ‘Oh, what’s up’? That’s not normal!”
“It’s not like I’ve been away for years or something!”
“What do you want me to say, ‘Hey I missed you’? Well, I won’t say that because I certainly didn’t miss you”
They kept walking toward the bakery, Neliel wondered if the pinkette’s attitude would change if she were eating her goods. That seemed highly unlikely, after all, girls like her usually remained the same. Completely engrossed in her thoughts, Neliel’s pace was gradually getting slower. So because of this, the pinkette female was still walking on ahead— leaving the female Arrancar behind.
“If you don’t hurry up I’m going to leave you behind and eat all the doughnuts myself”Neliel immediately snapped out of her thoughts as she barely caught the pinkette’s word. “O-oh! Wait for me.” Picking up her pace, Neliel was now walking beside Riruka. She couldn’t possibly let that happen— Riruka eating all the doughnuts. Absolutely not. A smile crawled its way to her lips at what Riruka said though.
They finally reached the shop, since it was just a few blocks away from there. She could already smell the sweet aroma coming from the shop. Inhaling quietly, she basked in the scent and clasped her hands together. Doughnuts— they just made her mouth water. Excitedly opening the door for her and Riruka, Neliel was the first to step in. However, she spotted the pinkette already heading straight to the doughnut section. “So fast..” Neliel quietly said to herself as she gawked at the female before looking around the whole bakery. In the end, she ended up getting a few variety of doughnuts along with a few cookies and a piece of cheesecake. “Ah, I got what I wanted. What about you Riruka?” The female Arrancar turned to the pinkette questionably. Perhaps once they gather all the stuff they wanted and paid for it— they’ll be able to sit and talk. Get familiar with each another of course.
Riruka finished picking the varieties of doughnuts that she wanted, completing the two boxes she had in mind. She had a frown plastered in her face, but it wasn’t one that indicated that she was annoyed, she was just pretending she felt like that. She was actually thinking of what they would be doing next. Would it be okay to go to the park? At the time being, Riruka hadn’t a place to stay so she couldn’t take Nel to any private place to have a nice talk, and she wasn’t going to admit that. “Yes, I have everything” the pinkette replied, turning to face the green-haired woman.
Shrugging off her thoughts, the fullbringer got closer to the counter and paid for her and Neliel’s stuff, gesturing to the other woman that she was going to do it and she better not argue about it. “So, where are we going now?” she asked, starting to walk towards the door to exit the shop. “We can go to a park perhaps and take a sit while we eat?”
With her previous thoughts in mind, Riruka’s façade wasn’t the usual and she knew it, so she shook her head lightly and pinched her cheeks trying to make it so that Neliel wouldn’t notice. This wasn’t a moment to be worried about where she was going to stay, she could always ask Yukio if he had some place for her to sleep. Yes, that would do it, she would ask her blonde friend later, now was time to enjoy the company and some sweet things to eat. Recovering from her kind of gloomy mood, she returned to her usual attitude by saying, “You should hurry, I don’t have all day for you, you know?”
